Non-verbal communication comes in many forms. Some of the most common forms are; written, tone of voice, posture, facial expressions, clothes or manner. Written forms of communication include; e-mails, letters, texts, blogs, face book posts, twitter posts, memorandums, brochures, marketing material, contracts, advertising, newsletters and business cards.
In business it is important to consider how your non-verbal messages are being interpreted by the receiver of your messages, whether they be intentional or not. Non-verbal message can have a very powerful influences. When a message is received by another person the impact of that message can be 7% verbal, 38% vocal tone and 55% non-verbal in face to face transactions.
