How do you succeed in making a successful professional work place conversation. The first step is to have an aim for your conversation. What should your aim be when conducting conversations? It is similar to an exchange of goods... Let the conversation be a win, win situation and be cooperative. Reward the cooperation of the other person. For example if they give a positive suggestion or comment return it with a positive answer. Pay attention to the other person's most recent response by reflecting on the current conversation and not one that may have been negative last week. If you are in a negative situation try not to escalate it by giving negative feedback. Keep communications and language simple and be consistent in your conversations.
